"tell me your story I’ll tell you mine" invites participants to interact through the microphones. in doing so, a performative space emerges in which voice, listening, and shared presence become central elements.

the work explores the tension between construction and destruction, between the desire for permanence and the reality of impermanence.

inside out plays with the tension between representation and physical reality. the sonography image—a blurry, clinical abstraction—contrasts with the material presence of the stone, which now exists as a tangible object outside of its original context.

tolerance combines acoustic vibration with visual presence, exploring the interplay between frequency, perception, and meaning.
an 18-minute sound frequency of 8.75 hertz is pressed onto a 12-inch record – a vibration of the schumann resonance, which is associated with the earth's natural frequency. it creates an auditory environment that eludes direct narrative, instead relying on physical and mental resonance.

in parallel, the word tolerance appears as a central mantra – not audible, but manifested solely through its visual presence on the record. Its design makes it an integral part of the medium and opens a space for reflection on language, connotation, and social attitude.

the work plays with the concept of 'thinking inside the box,' which metaphorically stands for limited, conventional thinking. by choosing a cardboard box as the central element of the installation, the physical boundary is emphasized, serving as an apt analogy for mental constraints.

impacts of ww1 were illuminated in the form of war-related trauma. sequences of an original film of 1916 give insights into the process of cause and effect. the composition by 

 opens up an acoustic space of resonance.

shell shock, blot out addresses the trauma of war neurosis, with a particular focus on the use of chemical warfare. a projection and an accompanying photo series – overlaid with chemical formulas – present historical film fragments.

karl salzmann transforms in his sound installation the throwing of stones in a scurrilous echotony. the act of throwing is supported by electric-acoustic techniques, repetitive playing and postulating its intention.

the installation deals with the intervention of artificial materials in natural cycles and regulatory systems. a thin plastic film, which partially covers the sea, turns into an area of activity. 
inherent inclinations and dynamics of the material are presented.

salt is connected to a water_waste oil mixture. the installation addresses the constant contamination of natural systems of order by artificial substances and their feedback effect.

a torso which shows the operation scar shortly after an upper arm surgery is projected onto the surface of a former quarry. the smooth surface of the rock wall originated from the demolition process by means of rope saws. this incisions in the natural geology of the landscape reflect as an analogy to the stiched wounds of the projected human arm.

the position of man, his dealings with nature and the resulting consequences for both are content of the work.

the central motif of the installation "playground" is a solidified swing, whose tattered rope and destroyed ground offer a metaphorical representation of the destructive interaction with the current social and environmental situation.
