a performative stoning, that sees itself as a subversive call against the supremacist and dominant social paradigm of blame and condemnation. psychic pain becomes feasible in a physical lasting transformation.

karl salzmann transforms in his sound installation the throwing of stones in a scurrilous echotony. the act of throwing is supported by electric-acoustic techniques, repetitive playing and postulating its intention.

open heart destroyed is an objective-orientated media installation. the work focuses on the oppressive momentum-caption of heart. the destruction exposes itself concentrically with technotic vibes on the flat screen.

20m plastic film_installed on a coast line / isle brac, croatia

the installation deals with the intervention of artificial materials in natural cycles and regulatory systems. a thin plastic film, which partially covers the sea, turns into an area of activity. 
inherent inclinations and dynamics of the material are presented.

salt is connected to a water_waste oil mixture. the installation addresses the constant contamination of natural systems of order by artificial substances and their feedback effect.

a torso which shows the operation scar shortly after an upper arm surgery is projected onto the surface of a former quarry. the smooth surface of the rock wall originated from the demolition process by means of rope saws. this incisions in the natural geology of the landscape reflect as an analogy to the stiched wounds of the projected human arm.

the position of man, his dealings with nature and the resulting consequences for both are content of the work.

the central motif of the installation "playground" is a solidified swing, whose tattered rope and destroyed ground offer a metaphorical representation of the destructive interaction with the current social and environmental situation.

the installation fragments an intention bundled in its origin, detaches it from its structure to make the 
fragmentation observable and perceivable.
based on the lyrics of jimenéz they reflect past in a timeless context, becoming relative and serve only 
to display an example for such processes.
